Due to the present uncertainties on HMG Guidelines that will be in place at the end of September details of the Entry Procedure will be issued nearer the time. This will be posted on this website and in our ENewsLetter.

HARRY WALKER CUP – awarded to the individual with most points in the Horticultural Competition
THOMAS MERRIFIELD CUP – awarded to the Winner of the Scarecrow Trail
ST JAMES CUP – awarded this year to winner of the Potato Challenge
N.B. – No cup will be awarded to any Cup Winner who has won that cup twice or more in preceding three years
Entries will be displayed on tables outside so they will need to be robust and able to survive a damp or windy day without spoiling. (In order to maximise the likelihood of being able to proceed with the Fayre under present circumstances we are required to be outdoors for most activities)
Competition entries to be delivered to Church Green between 8.30am – 9.30am SATURDAY 25th September Entries must be collected from Church Green between 3.45pm – 4.30pm SATURDAY 25th September. Any entries not collected after a reasonable attempt to contact the competitor will be disposed of.
